I don't think they mean they would literally faint. It's an expression, meaning she would be super excited. When you watch videos on youtube often, you tend to feel connected to the person making the video. The connection is even stronger than with celebrities because there is more chance of interaction. It's more like a penpal. Yes, we are all normal people, I agree. But, we are connected at a distance and meeting each other in person is very exciting for some of us. ^__^ -Iris
