@bronkaid I realise that it's satire, find it funny. I'm not criticising Carlin or even the humour. An audience in Britain would laugh at these comments, but they wouldn't cheer. 'Bomb the shit out of your country' gets a laugh and rightly so, but it also gets a cheer which bothers me. It's funny, but, whenever there's a comment about violence and domination of other countries there is also WAY more cheering. It appeals to the humour AND patriotism in people I suppose.
