The horizontal stabilizers Trim tab broke off which caused an immediate 11G pitch up (what they estimated it would have been) which should have caused the pilot to black out immediately, the plane then stalled and fell back to the earth. The pilot was already unconscious when the plane dove back to the ground. He may have also been dead due to the force that he would have hit his head on the instrument panel when the trim tab broke off. It's not the pilots fault.
