They were more of a funky version of Van Halen and a mixture of other styles. I see nor hear similarties between Extreme and Bon Jovi or Def Leppard. Maybe on their first album I could see the comparison to the glam scene, but they changed completely on their 2nd album.Go back and listen to Pornograffiti and try to put the music to Def Leppard or Bon Jovi's faces.
