When I first played this I was like, 'oh shit please don't make me fight Kiryu... oh fuck.' It's beyond amusing that they are talking about the same brother before the duel though, haha!

If I was in Saejima's situation, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to resist. Haruka's really become pretty hot over the years. But I guess that would mean getting my ass kicked by Kiryu xD

BloodRawEngine89 Says:
I'd say otherwise. Taiga was only captured cus he was basically jumped in a matter of deception, barring the fact that Saejima's condition was less than peak in this fight, having washed up on shore after a one-man prison break. Tanimura took a city block and a harbor's worth of Ueno Seiwa, and Kiryu took him and Akiyama with less trouble than he did Saejima. Saejima's also the only guy in the series Kiryu admits to being impressed by, and the 'test' can be applied to both sides.

HybridDragons Says:
Why didn't Kiryu Win? I think it's because Kiryu wasn't fighting, he was just testing Saejima's will and intentions. Kiryu is the better fighter and it's proven in Yakuza 4 by logic. Saejima is captured by a handful of Ueno Seiwa Clan members while Kiryu mows through them all on the way to Kamurocho Hills. You do the math. Both are great characters. Best game I've ever played. And "Smile Venomously" gives me power!

I smiled after I heard what Hakura said at the end. Adults sure are strange. They love to do complicated things. @Strike: Background soundtrack you added at the beginning didn't match with dialog mood. Just saying.

Dragon Vs Tiger.....EPIC!!! anyone know the song that playing while Saejima and Kazuma are talking?

REXanadu Says:
I guess the Tiger and Dragon analogy works with the Heat moves, as well. Taiga has all of the strongest Heat moves, while Kazuma is smart enough to have pretty much all of them. Surprised the heck out of me they put that one bit with Haruka in here, as well. Also, another great job on the dialog music, Strike.

Shadowz596 Says:
The destined Tiger vs. Dragon, very famous image and symbolism, indeed Strike. One powerhouse and a balanced fighter. Hate Kiryu's counter. Shortest chap IMO Definitely an awkward situation... poor Haruka. Favorite battle for me at least. Love those cinematic finishes.

CommonBlahBlah Says:
I'm surprised they didn't meet in prison lol. The QTE at the end of the battle is similar to the IF7 fight with Kiryu in Yakuza 3. Smile venomously is a great track for this fight.

The Dragon and the Tiger... Kazuma Kiryu and Taiga Saejima!

StrikeArranges Says:
In Chinese / Japanese culture, various artworks depict a dragon and tiger fighting an epic battle. The dragon symbolizes intellect, and great wisdom. The tiger represents unbridled strength, and raw power. The dragon is of the heavens (or skies), and the tiger is of the earth. Two opposing, yet complementary opposites, locked in fierce struggle. Forever, eternal rivals. That is why there can be no victor between Kazuma Kiryu and Taiga Saejima; and their battle ends the way it does.
