I'm pretty sure he didn't take too long, it wasn't easy to spot, and it didn't really leave him wide open, considering if it doesn't connect, you're busy blocking yourself, not attacking. You should reconsider.

Ok Raiko 117. I believe you, now go prove your theory. Anthony Pettis, Jon Jones, and Anderson Silva all are tae kwon black belts. I bet they'd love for you to enlighten them as to the many pitfalls of using it in a fight.

Raiko 117 i used to do tae kwon do years ago... one night after training i walked out of the gym to begin my trek home when i came across an ambulance a police car and lots of blood... my tae kwon do instructor encounted a man being stabbed by two other men one was armed with a screw driver the other armed with a knife he managed to take out both armed men AND save the poor man who had been stabbed nearly to death.... im just curious how you came to the conclusion that tae kwon do is useless...

My education, which is pretty solid I might add, has nothing to do with my knowledge about my sport. Since this video clearly shows a tournament fight and NOT a fight on the streets, the kick used by blue was risky, but effective at the same time, because complex kicks like this are not expected in such a situation. However, landing a jumping kick to the head grants you the most points, so it was worth the risk Now it's time for YOU to gather some credible information or preferably hide in shame
