The person who posted the vid isn't saying he's only a wrestler. He's saying that's Sakuraba's base. which it is. Much like Machida falls back on his Karate background. When Machida gets taken down his first instinct is to get it back to standing and use his Karate to strike and be elusive. Saku falls back on his wrestling skills to win. Saku's inventiveness can also be attributed to his pro wrestling background when we'd see him do things noone ever expected to see in a real fight.
