Uh, no. An F1 car may not have the top end speed of a Veyron, but it would MURDER it in the turns. MUCH more grip, MUCH better handling, and MUCH better acceleration/braking. There are few (if any) courses in the world where you would be spending much time over 200mph (let alone 255mph).

It was built for speed, veyron was built for speed but not as well as an f1 car for reasons like: headlamps have to be a certain height, nose has to be able to get over speed bumps and you need 2 seats....
