Books: Favorite Authors include but are not limited to: Harper Lee, Dorothy Parker, S. E. Hinton, Dalton Trumbo, Graham Parker, David Sedaris, Zora Neale Hurston. I love to read about history. I also love biographies and autobiographies. I read Lady Sings The Blues by Billie Holiday alot. It's like having a conversation with her.

Movies: Favorite Movies include but are not limited to: It's A Wonderful Life (Jimmy Stewart is awesome), Harold and Maude (so is Bud Cort and Hal Ashby), Bonnie and Clyde, Raising Arizona, Barton Fink, O Brother Where Art Thou (Homer set in Depression-era America? Such an idea!), Fargo, Saturday Night Fever, Across The Universe, Nashville, Any Busby Berkley Musical, Any Charlie Chaplin Film, Any Billy Wilder Film...(I could go on...)

Music: I have a soft spot for The Brits. Elton John is my hero. So is Bernie Taupin. I also love Elvis Costello, Joe Jackson, Graham Parker, Stevie Wonder, All Motown, The Clash, Nirvana, Green Day, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Billie Holiday, Sugarland, The White Stripes, Benny Goodman, Dinah Washington, Sarah Vaughn, Glen Gray and The Casa Loma Orchestra, David Gray...(again, I could go on...I listen to music constantly...)
